Connected Health is seeking an Executive Personal Assistant for our Managing Director. Connected Health operates across the five NI Health Trusts providing high quality care supporting adults to live independently in their own homes with confidence. This role is based in our Belfast Office.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Diary management for the Managing Director
  • Booking travel / accommodation for Directors
  • Extensive and efficient email correspondence management
  • Answering telephone calls in a timely fashion, taking clear and detailed messages
  • Organising and attending meetings, including booking venues, ordering refreshments and basic minute-taking, and ensuring Managing Director is prepared in advance
  • Assisting in the creation of presentations and other documents, including their formatting, printing, and distribution
  • Assisting with formatting of reports
  • Reminding the Director of important meetings, deadlines and events
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients on behalf of Managing Director
  • Conducting research on behalf of Managing Director
  • Processing of expenses
  • PowerPoint / PDF publishing
  • Management of miscellaneous issues
  • Handling confidential matters with discretion

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.

Essential Requirements

  • A minimum of one years' experience in a Personal Assistant role, or where you have supported senior stakeholders in an administrative capacity
  • Must be a driver, with access to own vehicle
  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
  • Accurate and fast typing skills, alongside experience minuting meetings
  • Proven diary management skills
  • Exceptional standard of written and verbal English
  • IT literate with good knowledge and practice of Microsoft Office suite

Desirable criteria

  • Experience within a healthcare setting supporting senior management
  • A degree-level qualification or equivalent
