You will manage and investigate complaints from receipt to closure, ensuring fair, evidence-based responses and timely actions, with close liaison to service users, families, and health and social care partners.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year in health and social care, strong written and verbal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
