We’re looking for an experienced Quality Systems Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our Integrated Management System (IMS). Working closely with the SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality) team, you’ll ensure that our clients processes and procedures align with internal policies, industry regulations, and international standards. This is a key role that will help drive excellence across engineering projects while championing a culture of continuous improvement.
As Quality Systems Manager, you will take ownership of the organisation’s Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring it is developed, implemented, and maintained in line with ISO standards such as ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001, as well as any client-specific requirements. You’ll be responsible for monitoring and auditing IMS performance, ensuring compliance with both national and international regulations.
You will oversee quality assurance and control across all project stages, carrying out checks to ensure adherence to defined processes and maintaining accountability for the project stage gate review process. When issues arise, you’ll investigate system quality concerns, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Continuous improvement will be a major focus of this role. You’ll analyse data from Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to identify trends, develop business-wide improvement initiatives, and drive their implementation across teams. Collaborating with project teams, you’ll help refine workflows and methodologies to enhance efficiency and consistency.
