They're looking for a Regional General Manager to take full ownership of a branch operation of around 16 employees across operations, sales, service and workshop functions - with complete P&L accountability for the site. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building structure and driving performance in a business with real heritage and a loyal, long-serving team.

- Serving as the senior escalation point for key customers and project issues
What we're looking for:

- Calm under pressure, with strong prioritisation and decision‑making skills
