The Role
As an SDR, you’ll focus on re-engaging warm prospects who previously booked meetings but didn’t attend. Your role is to reconnect, re-qualify their interest, and guide them back into the sales process.
You’ll do this by:
- Delivering a clear, value-driven pitch
- Booking qualified meetings into an Account Director’s calendar or running a short 15-minute discovery call before handing the opportunity to the closing team
Your work will directly unlock missed revenue opportunities and generate high-quality meetings for the senior sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100 outbound calls per day
- Deliver a concise 5-minute qualification pitch
- Re-engage previously interested prospects
- Book qualified meetings for senior sales leaders
- Run short discovery calls where required
- Manage activity and pipeline in HubSpot
- Send strategic follow-ups to maximise show rates
- Consistently hit and exceed booking targets
