A Sales Role Built for Rapid Progression
This isn’t a traditional SDR role built around endless cold calling and volume outreach. Instead, you’ll operate much closer to a Junior Account Executive, working directly with warm inbound prospects who have already shown interest and booked time with us. Your role is to qualify opportunities, uncover commercial need, and identify high-value prospects before handing them to senior Account Directors to close.
From day one, you’ll be trained on Account Executive-level sales skills — including discovery, objection handling, commercial qualification, and value-led selling. This role exists to develop future closers, and the pathway to becoming an Account Executive within 12 months is clear and structured. If you're ambitious, commercially minded, and want to accelerate your sales career quickly, this role is designed to get you there faster.
Structured Progression Path
- Month 6 – Senior SDR
- Top performers have the opportunity to progress into a Senior SDR role within 6 months, which includes:
- Increased base salary
- Higher commission structure
- Greater ownership of pipeline
- More exposure to senior sales strategy
- Month 12 – Account Executive
- High performers will progress into a closing Account Executive role, where you’ll take ownership of deals and revenue.
AE Compensation:
- Uncapped commission
- Full ownership of the sales cycle
Why This Role Is Different
- No cold calling – Every conversation starts with inbound interest
- Operate like a Junior AE – Qualify real opportunities, not just book meetings
- Fast progression – Senior SDR in 6 months, Account Executive in 12
- Real deal exposure – Work closely with senior closers from day one
- Uncapped earnings – Significant earning potential early in your career
This role is designed to skip the traditional SDR grind and fast-track you into closing deals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running 15-minute discovery and qualification calls with inbound leads
- Managing a pipeline of 200–300 warm prospects per month
- Identifying high-value opportunities and passing them to Account Directors
- Learning how senior sales professionals structure and close deals
- Shadowing AE calls and receiving ongoing coaching from experienced sales leaders
What You’ll Gain
- Real sales conversations every day
- Hands-on experience with discovery and qualification
- Exposure to high-value deal cycles
- World-class sales training and mentorship
- A clear roadmap to becoming a closing Account Executive
- The opportunity to build your career in one of Europe’s fastest-growing startups
