The Role
We already have strong product-market fit. The next phase is about finding the message-channel market fit to unlock scalable growth. We’re hiring an exceptional Performance Marketing Manager to help accelerate our journey. Working closely with our Head of Growth, you’ll have the opportunity to launch and scale new paid acquisition channels, improving CRO across the funnel, and helping refine our message-market fit as we scale. This is a hands-on role for someone who is customer focused, thrives on experimentation, performance marketing and continuous optimisation.
What You’ll Do
- Launch & scale paid channels
- Launch and manage new acquisition channels including Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS
- Test new audiences, targeting strategies and campaign structures
- Work alongside our existing paid channel managers including LinkedIn
- Creative & message testing
- Develop and test paid social creative and messaging
- Identify high-performing hooks and propositions through experimentation
- Collaborate with our content team to produce and iterate on creative
- Continuously refine messaging as we work towards stronger message-market fit
- CRO & landing page optimisation
- Own CRO across paid acquisition funnels
- Build and optimise campaign-specific landing pages
- Run structured A/B testing experiments
- Improve conversion rates across key funnel stages
- AI-driven creative velocity
- Use AI tools and workflows to increase creative testing velocity
- Develop systems to rapidly test new ad concepts and messaging
- Improve speed of experimentation across creative and campaigns
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a hands-on performance marketer who enjoys building scalable acquisition channels and improving marketing funnels.
Core experience
- 4–6+ years in performance marketing, paid social or growth marketing
- 50k+/monthly budgets under management
- Strong experience running Meta advertising campaigns
- Experience managing Google Ads or other paid acquisition channels
- Proven ability to deliver strong ROAS and scalable campaign performance
- Experience improving CRO across landing pages and marketing funnels
- Strong analytical mindset and performance-focused thinking
Nice to have
- Experience using AI tools to increase creative velocity
- Experience running LinkedIn advertising
- Experience building landing pages (Webflow, similar tools)
- Experience working in startups or high-growth companies
