Sales Development Representative (Fast-Track to AE | £70K+ OTE in 12 Months)

Compensation (Year 1 SDR): £24–25K base + £30–35K OTE

Why This Role?
This isn’t your standard SDR job. Think of it as a junior Account Executive role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our inbound prospects, running 15-minute qualification calls with leads who have already pre-booked meetings. Your job is to identify the best opportunities and then pass them on to our Account Directors to close.
No cold calling — every conversation starts with inbound interest.
AE training from day one — qualify, discover, and hand over to closers.

What You’ll Be Doing
Running 15-minute discovery and qualification calls with inbound leads.
Managing a pipeline of 200–300 warm prospects per month.
Passing the highest-value opportunities to Account Directors to close.
Working closely with senior sales leaders and shadowing AE calls to accelerate your learning.
What You’ll Get
