Sales Development RepresentativeFast-Track to Account Executive | Up to £62K–£80K+ OTE in 12 Months | Uncapped Commission
Location: Central London
Year 1 (SDR): £24K–£25K Base | £32K–£40K OTE
Year 2 (Account Executive): £35K Base | £62K–£80K+ OTE
A Sales Role Built for Rapid Progression
This isn't a traditional SDR role built around endless cold calling and volume outreach.
Instead, you'll operate much closer to a Junior Account Executive, working directly with warm inbound prospects who have already shown interest and booked time with us.
Your role is to qualify opportunities, uncover commercial need, and identify high-value prospects before handing them to senior Account Directors to close.
From day one, you'll be trained on Account Executive-level sales skills — including discovery, objection handling, commercial qualification, and value-led selling.
This role exists to develop future closers, and the pathway to becoming an Account Executive within 12 months is clear and structured.
If you\’re ambitious, commercially minded, and want to accelerate your sales career quickly, this role is designed to get you there faster.
Structured Progression Path
We hire SDRs with the intention of promoting them.
Month 6 – Senior SDR
Top performers have the opportunity to progress into a Senior SDR role within 6 months, which includes:
- Increased base salary
- Higher commission structure
- Greater ownership of pipeline
- More exposure to senior sales strategy
Month 12 – Account Executive
High performers will progress into a closing Account Executive role, where you'll take ownership of deals and revenue.
AE Compensation:
- £35K Base

- Uncapped commission
- Full ownership of the sales cycle
Why This Role Is Different
