Sales Development Representative (Fast-Track to AE | Up to £70K+ OTE in 12 Months, Uncapped Commission)

Why this role is different

This is not a traditional SDR role built around cold calling and volume outreach.

You’ll operate much closer to a junior Account Executive , acting as the first point of contact for warm, inbound prospects who have already booked time with us. Your role is to qualify, uncover commercial need, and assess fit before handing high-value opportunities to senior Account Directors to close.

From day one, you’ll be trained on AE-level skills , discovery, objection handling, value positioning, and deal qualification, with a clear and structured pathway into a full closing role within 12 months.

If you’re ambitious, commercially minded, and want to skip the traditional SDR grind , this role is designed to accelerate your sales career quickly.

No cold calling: Every conversation starts with inbound interest.

AE training from day one: qualify, discover, and hand over to closers.

Clear 12-month plan to step into a full Account Executive role with up to £70K+ OTE .

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running 15-minute discovery and qualification calls with inbound leads.
  • Managing a pipeline of 200–300 warm prospects per month .
  • Passing the highest-value opportunities to Account Directors to close.
  • Working closely with senior sales leaders and shadowing AE calls to accelerate your learning.
