This isn’t just an SDR role — it’s a structured pathway to becoming an Account Executive (35k Base OTE 62k-72k). If you consistently hit targets and meet performance standards, you’ll be promoted into an AE role at 12 months, with increased salary, revenue responsibility, and closing ownership. We hire SDRs with the intention of promoting them.

The Role

You’ll re-engage warm prospects who previously booked meetings but didn’t attend. These aren’t cold leads — they already know us.

Your goal is to:

  • Re-qualify interest
  • Deliver a concise value-based pitch
  • Book meetings into an Account Director’s calendar
  • Run a 15-minute discovery and hand over qualified opportunities

You’ll unlock missed revenue and generate high-quality meetings for the senior sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 100 outbound calls per day
  • Deliver a 5-minute qualification pitch
  • Re-engage prospects into the funnel
  • Book qualified meetings
  • Manage activity and pipeline in HubSpot
  • Send follow-ups to maximise show rates
  • Consistently hit booking targets

What You’ll Gain

This role is designed to prepare you for closing:

  • Daily live sales conversations
  • Objection handling experience
  • Mini-pipeline management
  • Strong qualification skills
  • CRM and pipeline ownership
  • Mentorship from senior sales leaders

You won’t just book meetings — you’ll learn how deals are built.

What We’re Looking For

  • Target-driven and resilient
  • Confident on the phone
  • Organised and coachable
  • Ambitious to become an AE within 12 months
  • Sales experience helps, but attitude and drive matter more.
