We’re hiring a Marketing & Sales Analyst to help us answer complex questions across marketing and sales. This role will combine performance analysis, reporting and data investigation across marketing. You’ll break down performance by channel, geography and segment, build dashboards and one-off analysis, and help ensure teams have trustworthy answers from the data. Beyond core reporting, this role will help generate deeper customer insight by working across additional data sources — including sales transcripts and other qualitative and behavioural inputs — to identify patterns in customer needs, objections, motivations and conversion drivers. You’ll also play an important role in improving the quality and usability of CRM data over time, helping strengthen reporting foundations and create greater confidence in how performance is measured across the funnel. This is a hands-on role for someone who is technically strong, commercially aware, comfortable working independently with data, and able to bring structure and clarity across multiple systems and sources.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer Complex Commercial Questions
    • Analyse marketing and sales data to answer complex questions across the funnel, from acquisition through to conversion.
    • Investigate performance across channels, geographies, segments and sales processes to identify what is happening and why.
    • Deliver clear, well-structured analysis that supports better decision-making across the business.
  • Improve Data Quality & Reporting Foundations
    • Help improve the quality, consistency and usability of CRM data over time.
    • Identify gaps, inconsistencies and structural issues in HubSpot data and support stronger reporting foundations.
    • Contribute to clearer definitions and more reliable tracking across lifecycle stages, sources and commercial reporting.
  • Build Reporting & Dashboards
    • Build and maintain dashboards that give clear visibility into marketing, sales and funnel performance.
    • Deliver one-off reports and deeper-dive analysis, including work such as multi-channel modelling.
    • Help create a more joined-up and trustworthy view of performance across marketing and sales.
  • Develop Deeper Customer Insight
    • Use data beyond standard reporting sources to develop a richer understanding of customers and conversion drivers.
    • Analyse sales transcripts and other qualitative or behavioral data to identify common objections, themes, motivations and patterns.
    • Help connect customer insight back to channel performance, messaging, sales effectiveness and broader commercial strategy.
  • Bring Rigour to Analysis
    • Apply statistical confidence and analytical rigour to performance analysis and testing readouts.
    • Challenge assumptions with data and help teams focus on signal over noise.
    • Translate complex analysis into clear, practical insight for non-technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • Core Experience
    • A strong communicator who can tell stories with data.
    • Experience in a marketing, sales, growth or commercial analytics role.
    • Strong SQL skills, with the ability to query data properly without relying on AI-generated outputs.
    • Experience with Looker, and ideally BigQuery.
    • Experience using HubSpot data for reporting, analysis and CRM investigation.
    • Experience working across multiple datasets and improving data quality for reporting and decision-making.
    • Able to use AI tools to improve speed and efficiency while maintaining accuracy, judgement and ownership of the work.
    • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Nice to Have
    • Experience with funnel analysis.
    • Experience with multi-channel modelling or attribution.
    • Experience analysing call transcripts, customer conversations or other qualitative data sources.
    • Experience working in startups or high-growth environments.
