As we continue to grow, we’re looking for Account Executives to join the team and convert strong inbound demand into revenue.
The Role
This is a B2C sales role focused purely on closing. There is no cold calling or outbound prospecting required. All leads are generated via LinkedIn and booked directly into your calendar, meaning you’ll have a consistently full diary of calls every day and can focus entirely on selling. You’ll be speaking with high-level professionals and decision-makers, understanding their career goals and showing how Connectd’s platform and process can help them achieve them, and then selling our market-leading programmes to help transform their careers!
Key responsibilities:
- Run multiple consultative sales calls per day
- Manage your own monthly pipeline effectively
- Close 10–15 deals per month consistently
- Build strong rapport and trust with professionals
- Maintain high conversion rates from inbound meetings
Progression 🚀
This role offers clear, fast-track progression for high performers:
- Promotion to Senior AE or Associate Account Director within 6 months
- Opportunity to step into an Account Director role within 12 months
- Progression is purely performance-based, giving you the opportunity to move quickly if you deliver results.
