Location: Newcastle & surrounding areas
Pay Rates: £14.50 to £21 per hour (paid weekly - PAYE only)
What We're Looking For:
- Class 1 Drivers for various different contracts around the North East.
- We are looking for Day Shift, Trampers, and Weekend drivers.
- We can accommodate drivers who are looking for long-term ongoing/part-time or ad hoc work.
- Full time roles are also available.
Your Responsibilities as a Class 1 Driver:
- Operate Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
- Perform regular vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance
- Comply with WTD, driver hours & rest periods
What You Need as a Class 1 Driver:
- Valid CAT C+E licence/LGV 1/HGV 1 licence
- Minimum of 6 month's experience with Class 1 vehicles
- Valid CPC & Digi cards
- Any other licences HIAB, ADR, ECT is desirable but not essential
- No more than six points on your licence, with no DD, CD, DR, IN, or TT codes accepted
