- Build and execute a supply-acquisition strategy targeting high-quality, monetisation-ready inventory across formats and verticals.
- Own and grow relationships with existing publisher partners, identifying opportunities to expand inventory, formats, and revenue.
- Act as a trusted advisor to publishers on yield strategy, demand activation, and platform integration.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, high service levels, and strong partnership satisfaction for newly acquired publishers.
- Collaborate with account management, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful partner activation.
- Represent Connect Ad at industry events, publisher meetings, and senior stakeholder discussions in the UK.
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams to inform Connect Ad's supply strategy.
- Success metrics
- New business revenue growth from onboarding new publishing partners (primary KPI).
- Number and quality of new publisher partnerships onboarded.
- Revenue growth from existing publisher accounts.
- Overall supply-side revenue contribution in the UK.
- Publisher retention and satisfaction.
- Pipeline quality and conversion rate.
- Inventory quality and diversity added to the platform.
- Strategic relationship depth across the UK publisher landscape.
Requirements
- Substantial, proven experience in publisher development, supply-side partnerships, adtech, or programmatic business development.
- Strong existing network across UK publishers and media owners.
- Proven track record of acquiring and growing revenue-generating publisher partnerships.
- Solid understanding of SSPs, header bidding, yield management, ad servers, and programmatic monetisation.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, comfortable in a fast-moving, independent SSP environment.
- Business-fluent English (C1 or above).
Benefits
- Competitive compensation with a performance-based bonus.
- A strategic, high-impact role within a growing independent SSP.
