Main activities and tasks:
- Identify, manage, and track technical and operational dependencies across multiple telecom delivery streams.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, build, and commercial) and external partners to ensure alignment of timelines and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain dependency maps, matrices, and schedules to support project planning and risk mitigation.
- Proactively monitor design or build activities and escalate issues that could impact delivery.
- Facilitate regular dependency review meetings and maintain documentation for project team.
- Work closely with Design and Build Managers and Delivery Leads to execute dependency planning into overall project strategy.
- Managing Site supervisor/surveyor attendance and schedule.
Required Education & Trainings:
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is desirable.
Required Experience:
- Strong understanding of wireless telecoms infrastructure projects including site design and build phases.
- Experience in dependency management or project coordination within telecoms projects.
- Skilled in project planning tools and techniques, such as MS Project, Excel and similar portal systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and project team engagement abilities.
- Comfortable navigating complex project environments with multiple moving parts.
