Connect 44 is looking for a Wireless Telecoms Dependency Manager to coordinate the critical dependencies across complex telecom infrastructure projects. This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless delivery of build, upgrade, and integration activities on wireless networks such as 4G, 5G. Main activities and tasks: Identify, manage, and track technical and operational dependencies across multiple telecom delivery streams. Collaborate with internal teams (design, build, and commercial) and external partners to ensure alignment of timelines and deliverables. Develop and maintain dependency maps, matrices, and schedules to support project planning and risk mitigation. Proactively monitor design or build activities and **escalate** issues that could impact delivery. Facilitate regular dependency review meetings and maintain documentation for project team. Work closely with Design and Build Managers and Delivery Leads to execute dependency planning into overall project strategy. Managing Site supervisor/surveyor attendance and schedule.
