Are you an experienced Care Assistant, with a passion for supporting individuals to live their best lives? Looking for a flexible, temporary role that works around your schedule?

Connect2Swindon are recruiting experienced Waking Night Care Assistants, with extensive experience working with individuals with Dementia and complex needs, to support our client and their team with their staffing needs. Previous Dementia Awareness training would be highly desirable for this role!

Working for Connect2Swindon, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in each individual's lives! You will support each individual to maintain as much independence as possible, always prioritising choice and following their Care Plans, to ensure you deliver the very best person-centred care.

Duties may include:

  • Personal Care
  • Support with eating and drinking
  • Manual handling
  • Record Keeping
  • Providing practical emotional and physical support
  • Support to access the community
  • General cleaning/housekeeping duties

To be successful in this role you must have proven experience working in a Care or Support setting with prior experience in manual handling!

We offer:

  • Weekly pay from £17.51 per hour, shift dependant
  • Free uniform
  • Online competency refresher training
