Connect 2 Swindon are looking for experienced Support Assistants to support our clients in the Swindon area on a temporary basis!
The Role: Working for Connect 2 Swindon, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in each individual's life! You will be working across a variety of care settings in the Swindon area, from residential care homes to supported living and respite services. You will support each individual to be as independent as possible, always prioritising choice and following their care plans, to ensure you deliver the very best person-centred care.
Duties may include:
- Personal Care
- Support with eating and drinking
- Manual handling
- Record Keeping
- Providing practical emotional and physical support
- Support to access the community
- General cleaning/housekeeping duties
To be successful in this role you must have proven experience working in a care or support setting with prior experience in manual handling.
