Are you an experienced Care or Support Assistant, with a passion for supporting individuals to live their best lives?

Looking for a flexible, temporary role, that works around your schedule?

Connect2Swindon are looking for experienced Care Assistants, to support our clients in the Swindon area with staffing on a Temporary basis!

The Role

Working for Connect 2 Swindon, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in each individuals lives!

You will be working across a variety of Care settings in the Swindon area, from a Residential Care Home to a Respite Centre and Day Centre.

You will support each individual to be as independent as possible, always prioritising choice and following their Care Plans, to ensure you deliver the very best person-centred care.

Duties may include

Personal Care.

Support with eating and drinking.

Manual handling.

Record Keeping.

Providing practical emotional and physical support.

Support to access the community.

General cleaning/housekeeping duties.

We offer

Weekly pay from £13.47 per hour, shift dependant. Day, Night and Weekend availability Free uniform. Online competency refresher training.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide Sponsorship.
