To provide effective leadership and management to a Family Safeguarding Team delivering high-quality social work services to children, young people, and families. The Team Manager will ensure that practice is child-centred, strengths-based, and focused on improving outcomes through multi-agency collaboration, safeguarding, and early intervention.
