Description: Social Worker - Family Safeguarding SE Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our Family Safeguarding team in the South East.

This role is integral to supporting families in vulnerable situations, promoting safety, well-being, and positive outcomes for children and adults.

Responsibilities Conduct assessments of children and families to identify risks and protective factors.

Develop and implement safeguarding plans to ensure the safety and well-being of children.

Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals including health, education, and law enforcement.

Provide direct support, counselling, and advocacy to individuals and families in need.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and reports in accordance with organisational policies.

Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities.

Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of practice.

Respond sensitively and respectfully to the diverse cultural backgrounds and needs of families.

Support families to access community resources and services.
