We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated MAP (Multi-Agency Partnership) Social Worker to join our diverse team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable individuals, particularly those involved with unauthorised situations, ensuring their safety, well-being, and access to appropriate services.
