This role involves assessing the needs of service users, ensuring their care and support are well-coordinated, and advocating for their rights and choices, all while adhering to relevant legislation and best practice guidelines. Key Responsibilities: In-depth knowledge of the Care Act 2014, and other relevant legislation. Understanding of person-centred approaches and how to implement them in practice. Knowledge of safeguarding principles and procedures.Essential Criteria: Qualification: Recognised Social Work qualification (e.g., BA or MA in Social Work). SWE Registration Skills: Excellent communication, assessment, and case management skills. Personal qualities: Compassionate, resilient, and committed to working with vulnerable individuals. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Car Driver: A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is required for this role.
