Job title: Deputy Manager Day Services – Skills and Activities
Location: Tonbridge – Onsite
Part-time: 16-20 hours per week
Annual Salary: 13.85 – 14.87PH
Job Purpose
Within this role, you’ll work closely with clients and get involved in different activities to help them grow and feel fulfilled. It’s important to have a strong understanding of learning disabilities so you can keep track of and arrange plans for each person’s care and spot when someone might need extra protection.
A focus on helping the team by checking in with them, carrying out supervisions and appraisals, offering support, and keeping everyone’s spirits high. Plus, you’ll create an environment where anyone can come to you with questions or concerns.
Hours are flexible across Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 4:00 pm open to discussion.
This Position will be based on-site without needing to work from home.
