Hampshire's Family Help Teams coordinate early help support across the county, ensuring families receive timely, appropriate services through a multi-agency approach. These teams are central to Hampshire's commitment to early intervention and improving long-term outcomes for children.
You will join a well-structured, supportive service with a strong culture of reflective practice, manageable caseloads, and excellent professional development pathways.
Requirements
- Registration with Social Work England
- Previous experience working as a Social Worker within a frontline children's safeguarding team
- Strong assessment, report-writing and risk-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and meet court-ordered deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Children Act 1989 and Working Together to Safeguard Children
