Purpose of job:
The purpose of this role is to ensure high quality and effective social work practice. You will lead and develop the professional practice of team members and other colleagues, and model and facilitate restorative practice. Advanced Social Work Practitioners will hold a caseload of complex and challenging cases and will play a key role in supporting best practice development, through sharing expertise and providing support and development for other practitioners. You will use your social work expertise and a clear child focus to secure the very best for our children, young people, and families.
Requirements as a Social Worker include:
- SWE Registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Drive and have access to a car
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
