A local authority in South East England is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead their Adolescent Safeguarding Team. The team promotes relationship-based practice to help families overcome challenges and keep children safely at home. Practitioners benefit from integrated support, including adult mental health workers, domestic abuse specialists, and substance misuse professionals.
