About the Role

As a MASH Social Worker, you\’ll play a vital role in safeguarding children by assessing risk, gathering and analysing information from partner agencies, and making timely, informed decisions. You\’ll contribute to strategy discussions, manage a varied caseload, and ensure every child receives the right support at the right time.

What We\’re Looking For

We\’re seeking experienced, compassionate professionals who are confident in their decision-making and committed to working collaboratively. You\’ll need:

Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
Experience in child protection and statutory safeguarding work
Strong assessment, analysis, and report-writing skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
Commitment to reflective practice and continuous professional development

Key Requirements

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Sound understanding of safeguarding legislation, child development, and trauma-informed approaches
