  • Conduct timely and comprehensive assessments of children and families to determine the best course of action.
  • Work collaboratively with a variety of professionals and agencies to ensure families receive consistent support.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records to contribute to the continuity of care and legal requirements.
  • Provide advice and support to children and their families focusing on creating sustainable and positive outcomes.
  • Ensure all statutory duties are met with respect to safeguarding and child protection protocols.
