Job Purpose: To work with vulnerable adults to assess their needs and develop support plans to achieve an optimum level of independence and to enable them to develop and maintain relationships and be valued members of their community. This will be achieved by working in conjunction with other professionals, family members and by putting the person at the heart of the planning process in ways that are inclusive, antidiscriminatory and anti-oppressive. To provide social work interventions aimed at safeguarding vulnerable adults from abuse, neglect or exploitation.

Requirements as a Social Worker include:

  • SWE Registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Drive and have access to a car
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
