Are you an experienced Social Worker with a passion for protecting vulnerable young people from exploitation and harm outside the home? Join Dudley's Exploitation Hub, a specialist multi-agency team making a real impact across the borough.

About the Role

  • Work within a specialist Exploitation Hub supporting young people at risk of harm outside the home
  • Manage a small, focused caseload (maximum 10 cases) to deliver intensive, targeted interventions
  • Support children affected by:
    • Sexual exploitation
    • Criminal exploitation
    • Modern slavery
    • Youth criminality and anti-social behaviour
  • Lead on child-centred safety planning and risk reduction
  • Act as part of a central triage point for referrals across Dudley
  • Work closely with partners including Police, Health, Education, Youth Justice and Family Help services
  • Co-work cases to ensure joined-up, tailored support for each young person

Requirements

  • SWE Registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Post-qualified Social Work experience
  • Degree in Social Work (or equivalent)
