- Ensure placements meet assessed needs, quality standards, and remain cost-effective
- Conduct reviews across commissioned services, focusing on outcomes, safeguarding, service user voice, and value for money
- Lead strengths-based reviews in line with Care Act principles under Senior Practitioner guidance
- Update and implement outcome-focused support plans, promoting independence and effective delivery
- Monitor commissioned services against contractual standards, quality, and outcomes
- Support commissioning delivery plans and contribute to ongoing market development within key service areas
