About the Role
As a MASH Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding children by assessing risk, gathering and analysing information from partner agencies, and making timely, informed decisions. You'll contribute to strategy discussions, manage a varied caseload, and ensure that every child receives the right support at the right time.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
- Experience in child protection and statutory safeguarding work
- Strong assessment, analysis, and report-writing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Commitment to reflective practice and continuous professional development
Key Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
