Social worker needed within Hampshire County Council - based in QA hospital. Based at QA hospital and will be onsite with potential to remote work once a week. Role will be primarily duty which will include:
- Triaging
- Resolving issues in a fast paced environment
- Safeguarding
- Managing expectations
- Speaking with patients and their NOK
- Managing a task list
Up to £38 per hour.
Requirements as a Social Worker include:
- SWE Registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Drive and have access to a car
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
