Are you an experienced and passionate Children in Care Social Worker looking for your next opportunity? We are supporting Hampshire in recruiting skilled Social Workers to join their well-structured and highly supportive CIC service.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of children and young people who are in long-term care
- Develop, review and implement care plans
- Undertake statutory visits, assessments, and reports
- Work closely with carers, families, and multi-agency partners
- Ensure children and young people receive the stability, safety, and opportunities they deserve

Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker (SWE registered)
- Previous CIC/LAC experience
- Strong safeguarding knowledge
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, child-centred environment
- SWE Registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Drive and have access to a car
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
