Connect2Luton are excited to recruit a Engagement & Co-Production Project Manager on behalf of Luton Borough Council. Main purpose of position: The post holder will project manage a three year fixed term contract engaging people affected by and living with cancer. The post holder will line manage three ‘Macmillan Luton Cancer Community Connector’ posts. Those posts will delve deep into communities, building trust, long-term engagement and connections. The post holder will contribute towards the programme which aims to: better understand barriers and challenges; deliver insights to support behaviour change; improve provision of the right cancer services; tackle health inequalities; co-develop services that support better cancer experiences The post holder will work with stakeholders to provide community insight data to improve cancer services for users in Luton, particularly for those seldom heard populations. The post holder will be informed by the three Macmillan Luton Cancer Community Connector posts and effectively communicate those insights clearly demonstrating and expressing community experiences with various audiences.
