Our client, Kent County Council, is seeking an experienced Consultant to work as an Independent Chair working on a temporary basis. This would be working on undertaking, coordinating, and managing specific reviews (domestic homicide reviews, safeguarding adults\’ reviews and safeguarding case audits) across Kent.
The ideal candidate will have come from a senior background within the public sector and have an appropriate knowledge base. The candidate will be expected to have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with members of the public in challenging situations, chair meetings of senior managers in the multi-agency partnership environment, as well as author accurate overview reports using management information compiled by partner agencies.
