About the Role - Business Support Assistant
Provide an administrative support and welcoming staff, partners and visitors visiting Open Access delivery points. The post supports the wider District team, providing administrative support within the District and working with other Open Access points and Units as appropriate.
What is the day-to-day of the role:
- Provide administrative support to the Open Access delivery point.
- Act as the first point of contact for staff, visitors and partners working in and accessing Early Help services.
- Support the district team to produce regular reports from data recording systems.
- Support the district team to ensure the service delivery points are maintained in line with health and safety requirements.
- Responsible for cash handling as required, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all money is stored securely.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Understanding of IT applications and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Aware of data protection.
- Experience of dealing with customers.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
Benefits:
- No weekend working.
- Part time: Wednesday 13:30-17:00, Thursday & Friday 08:30-17:00.
