Connect2Halton is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join the Change Delivery Unit and support a programme across Education (SEND Reform) and Children’s services. You will bring strategic insight to align social care transformation with education and SEND initiatives, strengthening joint working and delivering sustainable, affordable services. You will lead complex change, translating priorities into deliverable plans, provide senior level advisory support, and ensure safeguarding.
