Connect2Halton is seeking an Employment Specialist to join our Welfare to Work and Health team across Halton. You will support residents in overcoming barriers to employment and help them progress towards sustainable careers.
You will manage a varied caseload, deliver personalised employment advice, conduct needs assessments and create tailored action plans to support progression. You will also run job hubs, CV writing sessions and interview skills workshops across our sites.
