DCBL Stadium requires Casual Security Stewards to support the delivery of event-day operational requirements. The post holder will contribute to the consistent implementation of safety, security, and customer management procedures in accordance with venue policy and regulatory expectations. The role is procedural in nature and requires strict adherence to instruction, established guidelines, and supervisory direction at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain an assigned position for the duration of the shift
- Assist with controlled entry and exit processes
- Monitor spectator areas to ensure compliance with venue rules
- Communicate observations to supervisors using approved channels
- Follow incident response procedures when instructed
- Support queue management and directional guidance
- Wear issued uniform and identification as required
- Comply with all health and safety policies
- Undertake any other duties reasonably aligned with the role
