Hours
We have numerous hours available across all of our care homes, ranging from Day Shifts, Night Shifts and Short Shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Personal care support - assisting residents with washing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals.
Person‑centred care - following individual care plans and adapting support to each resident's needs.
Record keeping - maintaining accurate verbal and written notes.
Communication - liaising with colleagues, residents, families, and external professionals.
Teamwork - contributing to a supportive, collaborative care environment.
Safe environment - helping maintain a safe, calm, and respectful setting.
In some homes : supervising and mentoring junior care workers.
Skills & Experience Required
Experience delivering person‑centred care.
Ability to maintain care records and communicate clearly.
Proficient spoken English.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
