Halton Borough Council is looking for enthusiastic and passionate Level 2 Swimming Instructors to join our team on a casual basis. If you have a love for teaching swimming and enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities, we would love to hear from you!
About the Role:
As a Swimming Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons in line with the Swim England framework. You will help participants develop confidence, technique, and water safety skills in a fun and engaging environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 2 Swim Instructor qualification (essential)
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- A friendly, patient, and encouraging approach to teaching
- The ability to adapt lessons to suit different ages and abilities
Desirable (but not essential):
- NRASTC (National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers & Coaches) or NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification)
