Inglefield are currently looking for a compassionate, dedicated individual to join our team as a Casual Residential Childcare Worker. If you would like to support, nurture, and empower children in care to reach their full potential - this could be the role for you!

Inglefield is a small, welcoming residential home based in Runcorn, offering short breaks and long-term residential support for children and young people aged 4 to 18. We provide care within a warm, family-centred environment where every young person is valued and supported.

Essential Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification) - essential
  • Previous experience working with children and young people in a residential or care setting
  • Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
