We are looking for an Operations Manager to join Connect2Hackney, playing a vital role in overseeing customer experience, supply chain management, and quality assurance. As a senior leader in the team, you will act as a deputy to the Business Manager, ensuring seamless operations across the partnership and driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage customer service and administrative teams, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Oversee supply chain performance, working closely with suppliers to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Implement and refine quality control processes, ensuring compliance with contractual and operational standards.
- Conduct performance audits, providing reports and insights to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Support the Business Manager in strategic decision-making, acting as deputy when required.
- Develop and enhance induction, training, and career development programs for staff.
- Work closely with executive leadership, suppliers, and stakeholders to align operations with strategic goals.
- Oversee customer satisfaction initiatives, ensuring excellent service delivery and issue resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement projects, identifying and implementing process efficiencies and automation.
