Are you an experienced Social Worker looking to take the next step in your career within Adult Mental Health? Hackney Council is seeking an accomplished Senior Practitioner to join its integrated Mental Health Service, working alongside East London NHS Foundation Trust in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment. As a Senior Practitioner, you'll provide professional leadership, supervision and support to Social Workers while maintaining a small complex caseload. You'll play a key role in driving high standards of practice, safeguarding adults, quality assurance, and the delivery of strengths-based, person-centred interventions that achieve the best outcomes for Hackney residents. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision and performance management to Social Workers. Support the allocation and oversight of complex adult mental health cases. Complete and oversee complex assessments, reviews and care planning. Lead on safeguarding enquiries, investigations and Best Interest Meetings where appropriate. Promote strengths-based practice, personalisation and self-directed support. Work collaboratively with health colleagues and partner agencies within integrated services. Support quality assurance, practice development and service improvement initiatives.
