Connect2Hackney, the internal talent partners for the London Borough of Hackney, are currently looking for a passionate, resilient, and forward-thinking Educational Psychologist (EP) to join Hackney's vibrant Education department on a locum basis. Hackney is a borough of immense diversity and creativity, but it also presents unique challenges. We need EPs who are committed to social justice and ready to apply psychology to make a tangible difference in the lives of children, young people, and their families.
What You'll Be Doing
- You will join a supportive, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality psychological services.
- Completing high-quality psychological advice for Education, Health, and Care Needs Assessments (EHCNA) within statutory time frames.
- Supporting school staff through training, supervision, and project work to build capacity for inclusive practice.
- Working directly with children and young people (0-25) to promote emotional well-being and educational progress.
- Engage with a rich, multicultural community that keeps every day interesting.

A Doctorate or Master's degree in Educational Psychology is required.
HCPC Registration: You must be registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council.
