Connect2Hackney currently seeks four experienced Disrepair Surveyors to join the Housing Disrepair Team on a temporary basis for an immediate start.
You will lead technical investigations, conduct CPR 35 inspections, and manage complex repairs to protect residents and council interests.
With a focus on HHSRS compliance and trauma-informed engagement, you will coordinate surveys, produce reports, and support budgeted remediation work while liaising with residents, contractors, and insurers.
