Connect2Hackney is seeking an experienced Case Worker (Disrepair / ADR) to join the Responsive Repairs service within the Housing and Building Maintenance Directorate in the London Borough of Hackney. You will manage housing disrepair claims from initial notification through to resolution, applying ADR strategies such as mediation and negotiation to resolve disputes efficiently outside court.
